All full-price products, excluding customized items and promotional sale items, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. HEAD reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a product has been used.
Promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except for first-time email subscription promotional purchase. Please review your order carefully before checkout. For sizing, fit, or product questions, our customer service team is happy to assist prior to purchase.
