Returns & Exchanges
All full-price products, excluding customized items and promotional sale items, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. HEAD reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a product has been used.
Promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
Customers making their first purchase or using a first-time email subscription promotional offer may be eligible for a one-time return or exchange exception. Eligibility is reviewed by our Customer Service team on a case-by-case basis and must meet all other return requirements.
