Orders,Shipping & Returns

We accept returns for a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your order, excluding customized items. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Please note, HEAD reserves the sole discretion to determine if a product has been used.

We process all domestic orders via UPS or FedEx:

  • Standard Shipping: Leaves our California warehouse within 48 hours and arrives within 8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 1 PM CST ship the same day and arrive in 2-3 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders placed after 1 PM CST or during weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Please note that orders may be split into multiple shipments. For expedited orders valued at $500 or more, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Yes, international taxes, duties, and VAT are calculated and included in your final order total during checkout. These fees are based on the product's origin and destination country tax regulations, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

If you need to update your shipping address or modify/cancel your order, email us at info@headgolf.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

If your package is lost, contact us at info@headgolf.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Once we receive your return, exchanges are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details for your exchange shipment.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Sizing

Sizing may vary between styles. Refer to our "Size Guide" on each product page for detailed measurements, or contact us at info@headgolf.com for personalized assistance.

We offer two fits:

Slim Fit: Straight through the thigh and tapers at the knee.

Regular Fit: A true straight leg with a mid-rise and open fit through the hips and legs.
